About Us
Blocks and Spots LLC is a building improvement company that was established in 2019 by Garrett LaFrance. With over 25 years of experience finding creative solutions to problems, Garrett applied his skills to tackling the universal issue of home improvement projects in 2015. He is an experienced craftsman who likes to see every project through from design to installation. He knows how to break down projects into simple steps and how to get them done on time and on budget.
Garrett believes in learning and growing. In 2023, he passed the bar and received his Construction Supervisor license. This marks a new chapter at Blocks and Spots as they are now able to take on full commercial projects as well as building NEW homes from the ground up.

While our service area is local, our reach is national. Furniture from our workshop ships all over the country and we manage projects with Our Cloud Server anywhere you have an internet connection.
